Flakes - The slightly different powder
Elaborate subsequent processes such as grinding or rolling or sifting turns fine silver powders into DODUCO silver flakes.
In addition to the surface properties, the grain size distributions from and the bulk or tap density are deicide for further processing.

Silver has the highest electrical and thermal conductivity among all metals, the highest reflection capacity, and is therefore best for passing on this ability to preparations and materials made of it.
This is where the process know-how of the further-processing industry comes in. In the right formulation from our customers, the conductive silver pigments can play their special benefits to the fullest in varnishes, glues and pastes. The specific powder form permits further processing even without additional high-temperature processes.
